Three of the four living areas offer gas fireplaces, a smart TV and a Bluetooth sound system and the fourth is a lovely sun room including a Yamaha studio piano and a nearby library. Great places to play games, sit and chat over tea! A spacious well stocked kitchen will host several chefs and a large dinning table will seat a full house. There are seven areas outside on the property to reflect, read, paint, meditate, play volleyball, dine, enjoy the lily ponds, or sit around a crackling fire pit. The house is within walking distance to downtown Estes, the marina at lake Estes, and golf courses. Hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park is just a short 10 minute drive.
