is more than a vacation home near Lake Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Colorado!
We operate as a Bed & Breakfast, sleeping 8 guests who can rent all the rooms or individual rooms.
It’s a place for professionals in care giving careers, especially for those who face on going trauma or burn out to find healing and rejuvenation, such as physicians and other medical professionals, hospice, 1st responders, EMTs, firemen, law enforcement officers, highway patrol, veterinarians, pilots, military personnel and those in Christian ministry, including overseas missions. Basically, for anyone needing respite from their careers. We will offer whatever is needed if it is quality time with your spouse, or time to reconnect with your children, we will plan special activities based on your interests. Perhaps, several physicians and their spouses would like to get away together, connect more deeply and offer support and refocus. If you are facing possible burn out or other difficult issues, we offer counseling and life coaching. If you’re interested please call, we want to be of help!
It is a gathering place to offer respite for pastors, church staff, those from state side and overseas Christian ministry.
It’s a place filled with creativity for musicians and artists, reconnecting with college mates, family reunions, friends gathering or a get-away with girl friends.

It’s a place where the Danish tradition of hygge is celebrated a place of delightfully enjoying life’s simple pleasures of family, friends and graciousness with warm ambiance.
This high end, beautiful custom log, stucco and stone home was designed with a true Rocky Mountain log interior, to enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Estes and the surrounding mountains including Longs Peak. It’s a perfect place to put your feet up, contemplate your next hike, watch the eagles fly over the lake, watch the aspen glisten in the sun, listen to the snow fall or wake to the elk bugling in the fall.
At the property
Inside
The main level includes 3 living areas with 2 gas fireplaces, great for playing games or a chat. Additionally, there is a tranquil music/sunroom for a morning tea or coffee where often kayakers are spotted on the calm waters early in the morning. A house Bluetooth stereo system to play favorite music and a Yamaha studio piano for the expressive musician. Lots of table games!! An inviting library offers a variety of choices for quiet reading. A full size laundry room is available for your convenience.
The kitchens breakfast bar is a great place to sit and talk with one another. The kitchen is stocked ready to help prepare a gourmet meal or a favorite on the outdoor grill. A dinning table for 12! There are several wonderful exterior seating areas which view Lake Estes or read a good book by the gazebo and lily ponds, surrounded by aspen and pines. Enjoying one another under the stars beside the gas fire pit with a silhouette of the mountains or playing volleyball under a full moon sounds so relaxing! Connections for an on site chef and or massage therapist are available as well!
The lower level includes a family/media room where the alcove is located for the sleeper sofa. Over stuffed chairs and extra sofa make a cozy gathering for watching a great movie on the 55 inch smart TV which has Dish/Apple availability.
Outside
The supreme location allows you to walk to town for a fun array of activities. Also, both 9 hole and 18 hole golf courses are near by. The property is within walking distance of the Lake Estes Marina and the walking/bike path surrounding Lake Estes. Fly fishing, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, mountain climbing, horse backing riding and 4×4 wheeling abounds!! Lots of opportunity for photography, artists and their creativity and live music around town.
We are a 10-15 minute drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park where there is wonderful hiking, incredible tundra views, awesome conservancy classes, great water falls for a picnic, snow shoeing and telemark skiing in the winter! Elk, deer, eagles, and other wildlife are often seen meandering about the property an amazing way to enjoy our home in Estes Park, Colorado!
